Counseling Cell

The Study, taking into high priority, the prevention of child abuse and to foster a healthy emotional growth in every child, initiated the Counseling cell on August 28th 2014. We take pride in the fact that we are the first school in Pondicherry to initiate a Counseling Cell considering the challenges faced by children at large in the current scenario. The Counselors work with students, parents and teachers to help students succeed in school and prepare for meaningful, productive living. Guidance programs are child-centered, developmental, and preventive. Aptitude tests are conducted for screening the students to senior secondary level. These programs also encourage students’ academic, social/emotional, and career awareness at each stage of their development. Guidance services are inclusive and respectful of differences in gender, religion, ethnicity, race, ability and age.
